Give Like a Kid Again with UNICEF!

This Halloween, UNICEF USA is bringing its beloved Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign to Minnesota with a special celebration at Booniverse in Nickelodeon Universe at Mall of America, October 15th–18th!

Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF has been bringing kids and families together to help children around the world for more than 75 years. What started in 1950 with a group of children collecting just $17 in decorated milk cartons has grown into an iconic Halloween tradition that has raised nearly $200 million to support children worldwide. (How cool is that?!)

This year’s “Give Like a Kid Again” campaign is all about reminding the next generation that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference.

The celebration at Nickelodeon Universe will feature a larger-than-life orange collection box, games, giveaways, and Halloween activities designed to bring the joy of giving back to life.

And the best part? Families can enjoy the fun while learning how kids can help other kids around the world!

Here are just a few examples of the impact donations can make:

• $5 can provide one child with safe water for up to one year.
• $10 can provide a package of soccer balls for a child-friendly space.
• $30 can provide a family with a first aid kit in an emergency setting.
• $51 can help one child recover from severe acute malnutrition.
