My next Small Business Spotlight guest is Dan McChesney, Owner of Mac & Hammer, Inc. Handyman Services.
Last week I featured Dan’s wife, Lisa, who is an Independent Scrapbooking Consultant and freelance Graphic Designer. Well, we’ve hired Dan for some handyman services in our own home and he’s done such a great job that I had to feature him here!

1) Tell me what your businesses are and what you do.
My name is Daniel McChesney, and I am the owner/sole proprietor of Mac & Hammer, Incorporated. I do handyman repair and remodeling.
2) What kinds of clients do you serve?
I serve home and condo owners in need of home repair or remodeling. “Like” me (Mac & Hammer, Inc.) on Facebook, and take a look at the photos of some recent work I have done. If you’d like to talk to me about a project—large or small, email me at MacandHammer@comcast.net.
3) What do you like best about the work you do?
I love changing the appearance of something, whether it is changing out a door to a different style, or tiling an entry way or bathroom, putting up or taking down walls. It is fun to see what something COULD be.
4) What do you do for fun? What are your hobbies/other interests?
My hobbies include hunting, fishing, gardening, hiking, photography, live music, woodworking, and making cigar-box guitars.
