My next Small Business Spotlight guest is Lisa McChesney, Independent Consultant for Close to My Heart Scrapbooking and Stamping, and freelance Graphic Designer. 
I’ve known Lisa for a few years and have seen her setting up for scrapbooking events – they look like so much fun! I know she genuinely loves her job and enjoys spending time with everyone who comes to her Crop events.
Now, allow me to introduce Lisa!
1) Tell me what your businesses are and what you do.
My Name is Lisa McChesney, I am an independent consultant for Close To My Heart Scrapbooking and Stamping. CTMH is a stamping/scrapbooking company based in Utah. CTMH has been in the business for over 30, and was the FIRST company to create/sell clear stamps! I have been blessed to be a consultant for this company for about 5 years. I hold scrapbooking and cardmaking classes out of my home in Plymouth, and hold 12-hour Crops about 4 times a year in New Hope, MN. The next crop is scheduled for January 18! (What is a CROP you ask? A CROP is a gathering of crafters who bring their photographs, memorabilia, embellishments, paper, albums and create scrapbooks OR create greeting cards and other papercrafts. It is great to attend a crop because you get to see other peoples work and find inspiration! My CROPs are 12-hours of YOU-TIME. Complete with free make n takes, meals and massages!)
2) What kinds of clients do you serve?
I serve scrapbooking and cardmaking enthusiasts of ALL LEVELS! Beginners to pros. Let me show you how! 3) What do you like best about the work you do?
What do I like best about what I do is that I get the opportunity to meet fantastic women with similar interests. I also receive a great discount on my cardmaking and scrapbooking supplies. I earn extra money to help put my sons through college. AND I even get the opportunity to earn FREE trips! In 2012 I earned a Hawaiian cruise for my husband and me—-Thank you Close To My Heart!
4) What do you do for fun? What are your hobbies/other interests?
THIS IS WHAT I DO FOR FUN! I have 3 sons and a wonderful husband, and by day I am a freelance Graphic Designer.

I am in need of scrapbooking tape. I have been using Creqtive Memories but just moved to Andover and I don’t know where I can get it. Could you help me? Thanks!

Betty, here’s Lisa M.’s response: I don’t know if Creative Memories still sells it’s tape adhesive since their reorganization, however, I purchase all of my tape adhesive in bulk from Penwa.com – they have a large variety of adhesives and refills for great prices.
