A Grab Bag Sale is happening at 7 Once Upon a Child locations in the Twin Cities this Saturday, January 31st! These events only happen a handful of times per year so check it out!

Please note I’ve heard mixed responses from these sales. Sometimes there are ton of great items, sometimes there’s not. It’s helpful to scope out the store beforehand or call to see if they have a big selection.

Once Upon a Child Clearance & Grab Bag Events: January 19 – 26

Save money on used kids’ stuff at upcoming Once Upon a Child store sale events in the Twin Cities area.

Clearance Sale: Selected, marked items are $1 from Saturday, January 19 to Saturday, January 26.

Grab Bag Sale Event: Saturday, January 26. Mark your calendars! Stuff as many Clearance items into a Grab Bag for only $15!

Some advice from a friend of mine who attended a previous grab bag event:

*Bags are given to you as you enter. To fit as much as possible into the bags, fold the clothing items as you put them in. Just tossing clothes in will fill up a bag sooner.
*Be sure the cashier sees and counts how many bags you have before they unload them. They may unload the clothes and rebag them however they choose, then charge you for the number of bags they put the clothes in. Don’t get overcharged!

I love Once Upon a Child stores and have bought clothes, toys and more at my local store, so I’m excited to stock up on some clothes for the kids! Plus, now that Christmas has thoroughly filled our home with new toys, I have some toys to sell there. It’s an easy way to get rid of old stuff plus get cash for the things your kids need!
