If you’re looking for the ultimate indoor destination for all-day family fun, check out the new Urban Air Adventure Park in Plymouth!
We visited there recently for the first time to see what it was like (and so the kids could burn off some energy!). My daughter had been to a birthday party at a different Urban Air location and she loved it, and we had been meaning to go as a family. Then we learned of this new location in Plymouth (they opened in May 2019) so we headed there for the day.
This place had so much to do! There were not only trampolines but go-karts, a zip line (called the Sky Rider coaster), tubes and slides, climbing walls and so much more.
Attractions include:
- Go-Karts
- Adventure Hub (Sky Rider coaster, Ropes Course and Tubes Indoor Playground)
- Climbing Walls
- Leap of Faith
- Trapeze
- Warrior Course
- Battle Beam
- ProZone Performance Trampolines
- Wipeout
- The Apex Trampolines
- DropZone
- Slam Dunk Zone
- Dodgeball
- Runway (Tumble Track)
Fun at Urban Air!
After getting our socks on, my kids ran straight for the trampolines where they loved bouncing around. What’s neat is there are more than just basic trampolines here – there are several different types. There is the freestyle area which my kids liked the best. There are areas like DropZone, Slam Dunk Zone and “ProZone Performance” trampolines where you can do acrobatics and stunts (this was popular).
There’s also a separate trampoline area for kids ages 7 and under.

The Battle Beam is like a balance beam meets sword fighting, but with a soft, foamy sword instead and cushy blocks below. It’s good for siblings to safely get out that sibling rivalry…

Other areas included the Warrior Obstacle Course, the Tubes playground, a Ropes Course, and Dodgeball with balls that are soft and don’t hurt (which parents can appreciate).

The Climbing Walls have different options for climbing, plus the Leap of Faith where harnessed climbers can climb to the top of the platform.

The Sky Rider Coaster was super popular for good reason – you get to “fly” all over the adventure park!

Adults can do a lot of these activities too, including the Go-Karts. They have different cars for different speeds so they’re age appropriate. Plus two can ride together so I got to ride with my son. It was a lot of fun! We went around the track several times and there were “power up’s” like in video game racing games.

Food and Drink
You can’t bring food or drinks in, but they have a cafe with food and drinks.

The kids meals were pretty popular but they had many options for all ages and appetites. They even had wine and beer.

Urban Air is so big! They had plenty of seating – some tables are for birthday parties but are available to anyone when there isn’t a party.

Cost?
When you arrive you can purchase your wristbands or if you’re a member, you can just check-in at the self-service kiosks. You need to have Urban Air socks which are $3.00 a pair. Passes are $13.99 for basic attractions (like the trampolines) and go up to $39.99 for the Platinum level. That gives you unlimited access to all the attractions including the Go-Karts.
Note that Urban Air passes are good for the entire day, rather than hourly. This makes sense because it takes way more than an hour to get through everything!

You can also check in at self-service.

Memberships
All memberships are for unlimited visits per month. Membership prices start at $6.99 for basic trampoline access to $40.99 a month which includes full access plus an Ultimate Birthday Party and other discounts.
You can add on a parent pass membership for $3.99 a month with the purchase of a child membership, which is a really good deal. Otherwise, a daily parent pass is $5.99.

My daughter is liking Go-Karts these days but all of it looks fun. Not sure why we need their socks though.
This looks like tons of fun! One can never get bored in a place like this, only dog tired. Lol! Hoping to win this four pack for myself and my three boys. Dad will gladly sit this one out and watch since he’s not as active as the rest of us. I mean, we need someone to snap the photos anyway, right??? 🙂
So excited to try this place out! I’m just excited by all of the different stuff it has in it. Should wear my kids out for the day and get a good night sleep!
We just had a baby so this looks great for the older boys to release some energy. They would love anything they can climb.
This place looks like so much fun for my kids! I love that it’s more than just a trampoline park (which is cool enough on its own), but everything else takes this place to the next level. Awesome!
