The first Saturday in May is FREE Comic Book Day across the nation, and there are many participating comic book shops here in Minnesota! This year it’s on Saturday, May 2nd!

On this special day, participating comic shops across the country give away free comic books—no purchase necessary. Many stores also go all out with bonus giveaways, cosplay, artist appearances, and special events.
