Ever since I wrote about coffee flights in Minnesota, I’ve been on a mission to find all things served as a “flight.” Why? Because it’s more fun — and you don’t have to choose just one flavor. You get four!

That’s how I discovered QC Pizza in Mahtomedi.

I first heard about them while visiting Northern Soda Company in New Brighton (home of soda flights!). QC Pizza partners with them — and that’s when I learned they offer something amazing:

What Is a Pizza Flight?

A pizza flight includes four small pizzas, and you choose the varieties from their menu. It’s the perfect way to try multiple creative flavors without committing to just one.

And their flavor lineup? Wild — in the best way.

QC stands for Quad Cities Pizza, inspired by the style from the Quad Cities region. The owner, Dennis, is passionate about the concept and offers tons of creative menu options beyond the flight.
