GLOW Holiday Festival is back in St. Paul from November 20, 2025 – January 4, 2026! This year they’re back again at CHS Field, and I have an EXCLUSIVE 20% discount code for you!

Glow Holiday Festival started during the pandemic, and definitely helped cheer us up during those challenging years. The first year, 2020, it was a drive-thru, then it became a walk-thru event in 2021, and has been walk-thru since.

What is GLOW?
GLOW is an outdoor walk-through festival event. Tickets must be purchased online in advance.
Highlights of GLOW Holiday Festival 2025 include:
- Tremendous Tree – GLOW’s 60 ft. tall programable tree marks the centerpiece for both the on-field light show as well as the multiple activities on the concourse around the stadium.
- Charity Flame – Stunning artist created mosaic flame representing the many regional charities that benefit from GLOW.
- Color Blossoms – 30,000 square feet of everchanging illuminated blooms surrounding CHS field.
- Santa’s Shack – find out if you’re “naughty or nice” with a visit to Santa.
- Enchanted Hollow – A mystical of land of larger-than-life mushrooms, whimsical play huts and glowing trees.
- Giant Snowy Slide – Sliders will enjoy magnificent views down 150ft of slippery fun.
- Bright Bikes – GLOW’s fabulous bicycle powered display where peddling the bikes creates the tree’s light design.
- S’mores Campfires – Toast your treats over multiple brick igloo firepits
- GLOW Spectacular – Color Blossoms, field lights, Shiny Sea Sleigh and Tremendous Tree join forces with an amazing light, video and music spectacle performed every 30 minutes.
- Penguin Playground on the concourse level provides light up seesaws, swings and other outdoor activities for kids to enjoy.
- Food and beverage vendors throughout the stadium, including hot chocolate, cider, beer, wine and other holiday goodies.
- GLOW Gift Shop – Specially curated gift store featuring goods from local artisans, artists and makers available for purchase.
- Beautifully lit Merry Carousel offering a whimsical ride for kids and kids-at-heart (great for those non-thrill seekers who want to avoid the Giant Snowy Slide and Vixen’s Zipline!)
- The Royal Realm walk-through experience that includes a storybook entrance with an enchanted 30-foot-tall Fairytale Castle illuminated by over 10,000 lights, a vibrant Majestic Garden filled with hundreds of colorful blossoms, a sparkling Imperial Fountain that moves like real water, The King’s Jewel– a magnificent 10-foot tall shimmering golden ornament and a magical Royal Zoo where glowing animals bring the night to life.
Vixen’s Zip Line – Ride Vixen’s Zip Line and soar high above the dazzling display of millions of lights. Two people can simultaneously glide along two separate 300-foot lines which are suspended 34 feet in the air above CHS’s outfield.
VIP Opportunities – Heated suites at CHS Field are now available to reserve to host family, friends, clients, or colleagues for any event including an unforgettable holiday party, New Year’s Eve celebration, holiday get-together, or business outing.

Our experience at Glow Holiday Festival
We went in 2023 and the event is similar this year. Here’s our experience.
At Glow Holiday Festival, there are many photo opportunities, food options, and even drinks for grown-ups. There is also a zipline again this year but it was windy when we visited so it wasn’t open. There are also slides which cost extra.
You can see lights all around the field, and you can go down into the field where there are more lights including tunnels and mazes.

All along the top is where the best photo opportunities are. They brought back many lights from previous years, like this angel wings backdrop.

This was a new one – or at least a light display I didn’t remember. But my kids loved it! It looks like Roblox figures.

There are many food options. NOTE: Glow is a cashless event so bring your debit or credit cards!

We took SO many pictures! I actually took a LOT more pictures than this and you can see more in my Instagram post here and in my Instagram Reel:

Our Thoughts?
We were here about an hour. There are places to warm up – several indoor spaces, plus fire pits for smores (included with VIP passes or $6 for a kit). Some vendors are selling candles and body care items.
And there are fun places for kids to play.

Glow is unique and fun to explore.
Worth the cost?
It makes a romantic date night, with cocktails and places to snuggle up and take pictures. With kids there isn’t a lot to do besides looking at the lights, but the zipline, slides and different areas to explore are entertaining. And Christmas music plays everywhere so it’s an immersive experience. Plus – Santa is here!
