Tips Before You Go
-
Check bloom updates on farm websites or social media before visiting — bloom times can shift based on weather.
-
Weekday or morning visits = smaller crowds and better light.
-
Bring water, sunscreen, and clippers (for U-pick farms, though they’re often provided).
-
Respect farm rules — stay on paths, no climbing sunflowers, and pack out what you bring in.
-
Cash or digital pay (Venmo/Zelle) is often preferred at smaller farms.
