We love the Minnesota Children’s Museum!
My husband took his son to the dinosaur exhibit and he had the best time ever! It was truly epic.
About the Dinosaurs: Land of Fire and Ice Exhibit
The exhibit was last at the museum in 2021. We visited then and checked it out, and it has similar features this time.
You’ll find it on the 4th floor.
There are dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes, including a Tyrannosaurus Rex!
Everything was nicely spaced apart and there was room to play. We loved the “volcano”!!!!
There was a “Field Research Station” with several interactive play areas, including a “Match the Fossil to the Dinosaur” activity.
Kids can learn about history and the Cretaceous period by playing with dinosaurs!
Cool, huh?
You can also go to the exhibit next door and color dinosaurs or paint!
And there’s SO MUCH MORE at the Minnesota Children’s Museum
We also love the new permanent exhibit, Shipwreck Adventures, plus the improvements like a new veterinary clinic at the “Our World” exhibit.
Special Needs Friendly
As always, we appreciate how special needs friendly the Minnesota Children’s Museum is! My stepson could do everything here and it’s always so welcoming to all.
Dinosaurs: Land of Fire and Ice™ will be at the Minnesota Children’s Museum through May 15, 2025.
Learn more about the exhibits at the MCM website.
