The Minnesota Renaissance Festival in Shakopee takes place weekends August 17th through September 29th, and you can get discounted tickets now including from Groupon!

Parking
Parking has changed at the festival. You need to purchase a ticket for $15 in advance or $30 there. Or park and ride which is $6 per adult (children 5 and under are free). Parking at the Park & Ride lots is free. To me this is hopefully a good change as parking was always chaotic when I have been there.

General Minnesota Renaissance Festival Information
- The Renaissance Festival is open Saturdays and Sundays from August 17 – September 29, 2024. The Festival is also open Labor Day and Festival Friday September 27, 2024. The hours of the Festival are 9:00am-7:00pm.
- The Festival is open every day, rain or shine.
- Each weekend of the Festival has a theme:
- August 17 & 18: Once Upon a Time
- August 24 & 25: Bold North Adventure
- August 31, September 1 & 2: Highland Fling
- September 7 & 8: Woofstock
- September 14 & 15: Wine, Chocolate & Romance
- September 21 & 22: Experience Love for the Arts
- September 27: Festival Friday
- September 28 & 29: Oktoberfest
