I love it when a museum offers free admission and this is a good one!
The Minnesota History Center in St. Paul is offering FREE admission for everyone on Thursday nights from 4-8pm!
This event is made possible by the State of Minnesota’s Legacy Amendment.
Admission is FREE from 4:00 – 8:00pm every Thursday night in 2025.
Free parking will also be available!
This is a great opportunity to visit their exhibits including:
During Thursday visits, you can experience a variety of world-class exhibits like:
“Our Home: Native Minnesota”
“View historic and contemporary photographs, maps, and artifacts and learn how Minnesota’s Native communities have retained cultural practices, teachings and values, and an essential connection to home.”
There is so much for kids here too – their “Then Now Wow” exhibit is fun for kids of all ages, and check out “Grainland” where kids can climb and slide through the chutes of a model grain elevator.
Other exhibits include Reframing Our Stories, Minnesota’s Greatest Generation, and Weather Permitting.
Additional information about free Thursday nights will be posted on mnhs.org/events.
