Noom – FREE 14-day trial
Noom is an app that uses psychology to help you lose weight. It is interactive, educational and you get personal coaching and support.
Earlier this year I tried Noom and honestly, I really liked it. So much that I paid to keep going!
Basically you track your eating and activity every day, and it puts each food in a different category – ones you should eat more of, some less of, etc. which is helpful to see.
I did the free trial and then was able to get a deal for $18 a month (just cancel and reject their offers until the price gets reduced to about that much). I kept it for a month, but then cancelled because I felt I had already learned so much in that time and I’ll admit, life got crazy, but it did help a lot.
