Gordmans has been closing locations in the Twin Cities in the past few years, and now their two remaining local stores – Burnsville and Woodbury – are liquidating inventory to prepare for closure.
We visited the Woodbury Gordmans location this week to use up some gift cards and check out the deals. The store manager told me that gift cards must be used by July 3rd. By early July they hope to have a buyer for their stores so they can re-open but either way, right now they’re working with a liquidation company to sell everything at a discount.
The discounts we found were mostly 10% off, but those discounts are expected to increase in the coming weeks.
Their inventory was plentiful – so now’s the time to visit for the best selection.
What is Gordmans?
Gordmans is a department store with everything from clothing to home decor to practical items to accessories and so much more.
For clothing, Gordmans has plenty for everyone – women, juniors, men, boys, girls, infants. My daughter and son picked out some clothes which were under $10. My kids always find cute clothes here!
Gordmans has so many pretty tops and clothing for all seasons.
There are shoes for all sizes and ages, including kids. I bought some Ryka athletic shoes for women for only $26.
They had a display for Father’s Day gift ideas – there are actually a ton of great gift ideas in the store. They have candles, home decor, cards, pictures and frames, kitchen items, pet items, and so much more.
