Social distancing guidelines are still in place, and Governor Walz has expanded the Stay at Home order through May 17th.
But you can now visit the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum – from the safety and comfort of your car!
On May 1st the Arboretum has reopened Three-Mile Drive to vehicles only. You must have registered online in advance to visit. Registrations are for specific times to maintain a safe traffic flow along Three-Mile Drive.
Members are free, all others are $15 per vehicle. All members and visitors need to register in advance.
Times have already filled up for this weekend but you can sign up for next week. You can sign up for times from 9:00am – 4:00pm, seven days a week. There is no building access or parking, and vehicles need to generally keep moving. Restrooms are only available in two places – the Sensory Garden and Prairie Garden.
We love the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum – and have enjoyed walking through the grounds. They do plan on opening it up again for walking as soon as they are able.
