Arc’s Value Village – Black Friday Gift Event
During the Black Friday Gift Event at Arc’s Value Village Thrift Stores & Donation Centers, shoppers will find new merchandise in original packaging at a fraction of original retail price. Every Arc’s Value Village has a different selection, so visit one — or all four! — stores to find something for everyone on your gift list.
The Black Friday Gift Event begins at 9 a.m. on Friday, November 28, and runs through the weekend while supplies last. Throughout the year, Arc’s Value Village volunteers and staff have set aside a unique selection of gift items, just for this event. Be sure to shop early for the best selection of toys, games, books, winter accessories and vintage items.

Burnsville Shopping Center – Opens Thanksgiving at 6:00pm
Burnsville Shopping Center – Burnsville Center will be opening its doors at 6pm on Thanksgiving night to give shoppers a jumpstart on their Black Friday shopping! Select stores will open at 6 pm with door buster deals and great gift ideas! The fun continues as stores continue to open throughout the evening and early morning. A complete list of stores opening times is available at www.BurnsvilleCenter.com. ALL mall stores will be open by 10am latest on Friday morning. Shoppers are encouraged to visit www.BurnsvilleCenter.com to plan their trip. The site will be loaded with all of the information needed to plan a successful visit: sale information including door buster offers; mall directories with store listings; maps and more! Como Zoo –‘Drop and Shop’ – November 28 (Black Friday) and December 13
This holiday season Como Park Zoo & Conservatory is offering parents a way to check things off their holiday to-do list while their little elves are busy having fun at Como. Como is offering an educational, fun-filled experience that will occupy the little ones, giving parents the opportunity to take care of their holiday shopping….or perhaps simply go on a date!
Como’s “Drop & Shop” program will be available on Friday, November 28 (Black Friday) and Saturday, December 13th. During these 4.5 hour programs, kids will tackle a scavenger hunt through the Zoo and Conservatory, meet special animal visitors, and participate in games, crafts, and other wild zoo-themed fun.
Space is limited & pre-registration is required. The cost is $35 per child. Family discounts are available. Lunches are available for $7, or children can bring a lunch and that does not need to be refrigerated or heated. Half Price Books
The first 100 people to each Half Price Books store receive a free tote and $5 gift card. One tote bag will contain a $100 gift card!

The Galleria in Edina is closed on Thanksgiving, and open on Black Friday at 9:00am.
Northtown Mall – Thanksgiving & Black Friday Hours
Best Buy and Herberger’s are opening on Thanksgiving, and many other Northtown Mall stores are opening at midnight. More info here.
Once upon a Child – Minnetonka
On Black Friday, Saturday & Sunday, Once Upon a Child in Minnetonka has a great deal: 20% off used toys, games, books, puzzles & more! (And if you have a full stamp card you can combine that for a total discount of 35%!)

Rosedale Center in Roseville has special Thanksgiving and Black Friday events:
Thanksgiving 11/27:
- Rosedale Center will kick off the holiday season Thanksgiving night from 6 p.m. – Midnight
- Pick up your free holiday planner from 8 p.m. – Midnight
- Enjoy live music in East Court from 10 p.m. – Midnight
Black Friday 11/28:
- Black Friday doors open at 6 a.m.
- 1,000 holiday scratch off cards will be handed out by Rosedale “Secret Santas” all day. More than $3,000 in prizes with one lucky shopper winning a $500 Rosedale Center Gift Card!
- Enjoy Strolling Carolers from 1 – 3 p.m.

Mall of America – Thanksgiving Ride for a Cause and Holiday Shopping Deal
Spend Thanksgiving at Nickelodeon Universe! From 6:00pm to Midnight, tThey’re offering $10 Unlimited Ride Wristbands with all sales benefitting Folds of Honor. Experience six hours of unlimited thrills while benefitting this great charity. Folds of Honor gives scholarships to families of service men and women who are disabled or lost their lives serving our country. Mall of America also opens at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving, so make sure to check out the early Black Friday deals in between rides!

The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove is offering a Black Friday deal: Spent $100 on Friday, November 28th at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes and bring your receipts to Guest Services (located at Building G behind Lane Bryant) before 1:00pm to receive a Shoppes gift card valid at participating stores and restaurants at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes.
