Did you know that DoubleTree by Hilton has a signature cookie that they’ve been known for for 25 years?
As the weather in the Twin Cities finally warms up after a harsh winter (with an average temp of 9.7 degrees!), DoubleTree by Hilton wants to celebrate the first day of summer by giving out FREE COOKIES – their signature cookies – in downtown Minneapolis!
The first day of summer is Saturday, June 21st. But one day early, on Friday, June 20, from 12 – 2 PM, hotel team members will hand out thousands (yes, thousands!) of the hotel’s iconic chocolate chip cookies in downtown Minneapolis (80 S 8th St, Minneapolis – at 8th and Marquette St.) and conduct a special cookie delivery to Catholic Charities Opportunity Center – in the hopes of making people’s day a little brighter.
The event is part of DoubleTree by Hilton’s global Cookie Care campaign, which launched this spring to celebrate the brand’s sweet milestone of giving out more than 300 million cookies at check in.
