This year probably my biggest goal is to GET ORGANIZED. This past year for me was busy in so many ways and as a result, I’ve fallen behind with a lot of organization projects – with clothes that the kids have outgrown piling up, papers that need to be weeded out, and just a lot of STUFF to get rid of. Ugh!
I know I’m not alone. Are you also frazzled by your family’s hectic schedule and chaotic household? Well there’s a book that may help – Debbie Lillard’s “A Mom’s Guide to Home Organization.” This book walks you through simple processes and tips for organizing your time, your stuff and your space. The second half of the book addresses how to teach your children the life skill of being organized. Written by a busy mom for busy moms, you can order it at amazon.com here. (Cost is $21.99 for a paperback version of the book, $12.99 for a Kindle version.)
